Experience/Background
15+ years of start-up and business ownership experience. 5+ years of Family Law experience as a paralegal and Family Law Operations consultant. 1 of only 47 Master Mediators in Utah. Mediator for the exclusive 3rd District Co-Parenting Mediation Program. Volunteer mediator for Utah Dispute Resolution and proud member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Rachel is a compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced mediator. She has strengths in negotiation and is an expert communicator. She takes pride in her ability to help parties resolve their conflict in the most stressful situations with creative problem solving that takes into account their personal interests and circumstances. Rachel believes in the importance of preserving ongoing relationships by helping parties create holistic agreements that address grievances and charts a path to healing and building trust in order to avoid future conflict.
